Q: Are you staffed 24 hours a day?
A: Yes. We have daycare attendants from 6 AM to 6 PM and then a night attendant is with the dogs from 6 PM to 6 AM, 365 days a year.

Q: Do you charge for medication or supplement administration?
A: No. Medications and supplements are administered with no additional charges.

Q: Is my dog going to be outside all day?
A: No. All dogs in our care are routinely brought inside to take breaks, warm up in cold weather or cool down in hot weather.

Q: Can I tour your facility?
A: Unfortunately, we choose not to offer tours, as having unfamiliar visitors inside the facility can upset the dogs.

Q: Can I watch my dog play?
A: No. We do not have a viewing area. However, we do make videos regularly that are posted to our Facebook page.

Q: Do you have a livestream feed where I can see my dog throughout the day?
A: No. However, we do make videos regularly that are posted to our Facebook page.

Q: Do I need to bring my dog’s food for boarding?
A: Yes. It is always best to continue your dog on their normal diet for their stay with us, to avoid stress on their gastrointestinal systems.

Q: My dog eats raw food or home cooked food. Can I bring it for them?
A: Yes, we have multiple refrigerators and freezers to store food.

Q: Do you offer daycare on Saturdays and Sundays?
A: Yes, we are happy to have your dog come to play on the weekend!
